We’ve built our award-winning reputation for incredibly delicious celebrations by always searching for new and exciting menus with presentations that blend heritage with a modern approach to food and great service. We know that a great menu begins with great ingredients, and so we are selective about our sourcing, transforming these ingredients into layers of seasonal flavors.
Our hors d’oeuvres are delicious, easy to eat, and perfect as a prelude or as the main event. Looking for your favorite comfort foods? We make a mean Southern fried chicken! No matter the occasion, Alchemy strives to create a fun and eye catching blend of selections that will appeal to your guests. Composition and color are the mainstays of our plated dinner repertoire. For a more casual feeling, our action stations, and family style dinners provide a sense of community.Everyone looks forward to dessert – especially if it is made in house and artisanal.
Our atelier designs and manufactures trays, buffet presentation pieces, and thematic beverage designs (like a custom-built moonshine still with smoke for a roaring 20’s party). Each event includes food and design elements created to become part of the entertainment and fun of the evening!

Consulting
As you begin to plan your wedding celebration, you may feel that you don’t know where to start. If you need guidance and to know the basics of organizing all of the elements, we offer a mini consultation in several hour increments, that will get your started in the right direction.
